Finally I am trying the new venture of creating my own IM Letters. I am just a novice Incredimail user. But I just bought the Incredimail premium bundle with the Letter Creator today and I have made up a few stationery letters already and posted them at another new site this one will be devoted to Email Stationery. Disney-StationEry.com Make note that the word stationery in the URL is spelled with an E (with an A you will get my Disney Printables Site)

The Disney characters posted now are Sleeping Beauty’s Aurora St. Patrick’s Day letters, several Donald Duck letters including a Birthday stat., Lumpy the Heffalump, and an Easter letter with Tigger. I will be posting several more in the coming days with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Tinker bell, Pooh, Piglet and so on LOL

The letters posted are in imf format ready for you to download and will install directly into your Incredimail Style Box.

FOR THOSE WITH INCREDIMAIL:

  • Step by Step Screenshot Walkthrough
  • Create a new message using the letter in IncrediMail.
  • Save the message as a draft.
  • Go to the Drafts folder in IncrediMail.
  • Highlight the message you have just saved in the list.
  • Now select File | Save As… from the menu.
  • Make sure you use the Mail (*.eml) format.
  • Save the message to a folder (probably the Desktop).
  • Now open the .eml file in a text editor (Notepad will do fine).
  • Add the following line at the top of the file: X-Unsent: 1
    • Make sure “X-Unsent: 1″ (without the quotes) is on a line of its own.
  • Save the file.

FOR THOSE WITH OUTLOOK EXPRESS:

  • Select File | Save As… from the menu.

Then from there on to use the stationery just double click it, and it will open in a new mail window.
